How long does a container modification take?
Basic work such as cutting windows, fitting doors and wiring takes about <<FILL>> days. A fully fitted cafe or shop takes about <<FILL>> days from design sign-off. All work is done at our workshop in Na Kluea, then the finished unit is lifted onto your site ready to use.
Do you help with the design, and is there a design fee?
Our team helps plan the layout, door and window positions and services free of charge when you order from us. Send photos of designs you like or a hand sketch on LINE. Detailed 3D drawings are available for a ask on LINE design fee, refunded when you go ahead with the build.
Do you use new or used containers for conversions?
Most conversions use grade A used containers that are watertight and structurally sound, which saves a lot of money. If you want a flawless skin for a shop or showroom, you can choose a new container. Both can be repainted in your brand colours.
What does a 20ft container cafe cost?
A standard 20ft cafe with a serving window, awning, electrics, sink and air conditioning starts at about ask on LINE, excluding the coffee machine and furniture. The final figure depends on the finishes you choose.
Can I move a modified container to another location later?
Yes, that is the main advantage of containers. The whole unit can be lifted and moved by crane truck once the power and water connections are disconnected. We offer relocation priced by distance, starting ask for a quote on LINE.
