What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum contract is <<FILL>> months, which suits construction sites, renovations and storage while moving house. For six months or longer, ask about our discounted rates. The rental period starts the day the container arrives on site.
How much is the deposit and when is it refunded?
The deposit is ask on LINE, or the equivalent of <<FILL>> months' rent. It is refunded in full within <<FILL>> days after we collect the container and inspect it. Any damage beyond normal wear is deducted at the actual repair cost, with photos sent to you first.
Who pays for delivery and collection?
The renter pays for delivery and collection, priced by distance from our yard in Na Kluea, Pattaya. Within Chonburi it starts at ask on LINE per trip. For Rayong and Bangkok, message us on LINE with your site location and container size.
Who is responsible for damage during the rental?
Normal wear and tear such as minor scratches is on us. Damage from modifications, drilling, cutting or accidents is charged to the renter at the actual repair cost. Please let us know in advance if you want to fit anything to the container.
Can I extend the contract or buy the container later?
You can extend month by month with <<FILL>> days' notice. If you decide to buy the container you are renting, part of the rent you have already paid can be credited against the purchase price, on terms agreed before the rental starts.
