What are the dimensions of a 20ft container?
A standard 20ft container measures about 6.06 x 2.44 x 2.59 m externally with roughly 13-14 m² of floor space. A 40ft unit is 12.19 m long, and a 40HQ (high cube) is 2.90 m tall, about 30 cm higher than standard, which suits jobs that need extra ceiling height.
What is the difference between grade A, B and C used containers?
Grade A is close to new with little rust and no leaks, ideal for converting into an office or living space. Grade B has some dents and surface rust but a sound structure, good for warehousing. Grade C is the cheapest and fine for general storage. Prices for each grade are in the table above.
Can I inspect containers at your yard before buying?
